UK Customers → Must raise a return request within 7 working days of delivery.
International Customers → Must raise a request within 10 working days due to extended transit times.
Requests made after this timeframe cannot be processed.
Once we receive your return and verify eligibility:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit card, or bank transfer).
In case of exchange, we will ship a replacement within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
Some conditions do not qualify for refunds:

Who pays the return cost depends on the situation:
If the error is from our side (wrong product, damaged product, duplicate shipment), Traki Flo will cover return shipping charges.
If the return is due to customer choice (wrong order, no longer needed, or incorrect address), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
For customers outside the UK:
International returns must follow the same packaging and product condition rules.
Shipping charges for international returns are generally non-refundable, except when the fault lies with Traki Flo.
Customs duties or import taxes already paid cannot be refunded by us.

We offer an Express Refund Service via PayPal and Stripe for eligible cases.
